Terms of Service

Botify provides configurable AI agents, knowledge retrieval, connected-service tools, approvals, reports and optional communication channels. Features depend on the workspace’s plan, permissions, configuration and third-party availability.

You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and authority to use the systems and data you connect. The service is intended for business use, not use by children.

Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and manage workspace membership and permissions. You are responsible for activity under your account and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Workspace administrators are responsible for their agents, uploaded content, knowledge audiences, widget origins, user permissions and applicable notices. Public channels must not expose private data or tools without appropriate authorization.

Do not use Botify for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, malware or infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not bypass access controls, attack the service, extract other customers’ data, or use connected systems without permission.

You must have the rights and lawful basis required to upload content, process personal data, record calls and contact recipients. Follow applicable laws and the terms of each connected provider.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review answers, citations, reports, drafts and proposed actions before relying on them. Output is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or security advice.

Tool actions may read or change external systems. Approval requirements depend on configured policies and permissions; not every action requires manual approval. You are responsible for reviewing these settings and for decisions to approve or automate actions. Do not use the service as the sole control for safety-critical operations.

You authorize Botify to access connected accounts and carry out requests within granted permissions and applicable policies. Use accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You can revoke authorization through the connection settings or the provider.

Third-party services have their own terms, availability, limits and charges. Their changes or outages can affect Botify features. Botify does not represent that an integration is authorized or functioning merely because its tools are configured.

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant Botify permission to process, store and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, execute your requests and meet applicable obligations. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Botify.

Botify and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding and service materials. Rights in AI-generated output are subject to applicable law and third-party rights; uniqueness and non-infringement are not guaranteed. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Applicable prices, included credits, renewal terms and payment obligations are those disclosed in your order, plan or separate agreement. Usage may consume credits, and limits may prevent further use. Refunds and cancellation rights follow the applicable agreement and mandatory law; these terms do not establish an undisclosed refund or renewal policy.

Demo workspaces may contain fictional data, illustrative prices and temporary credits. These are not commercial offers, production commitments or evidence of a live third-party connection. Use test accounts and avoid entering production secrets or sensitive customer information in a demo.

We may maintain, modify or discontinue features and may suspend access for security threats, misuse, non-payment or legal requirements. Any service-level commitments are those expressly agreed in writing. We will provide notice where required or reasonably practicable.

You may stop using the service and request workspace closure. Export needed information and revoke external authorizations before closure. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy, applicable agreements and legal obligations.

Except for commitments expressly included in a separate agreement and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service and AI output are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free output or fitness for a specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Botify is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of AI output or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately agreed liability limits continue to apply.

We may revise these terms and update the date above. We will communicate material changes where required. If you do not agree with changed terms, stop using the service and contact us about closure or any rights under your agreement.

Contact Botify first to seek resolution of a dispute. Governing law and venue follow any applicable signed agreement; otherwise applicable law determines them.
